Warrington Conclave No. 119 Continues Support for St Rocco’s Hospice
 
Warrington Conclave No. 119, meeting under the banner of the Order of the Secret Monitor, has once again demonstrated the enduring Masonic principles of benevolence and care for others through its annual donation of £250 to St Rocco’s Hospice in Warrington; a hospice that is celebrating its 40th year of being a cornerstone of care in the local community.
This contribution forms part of the Conclave’s continuing charitable efforts to assist local organisations which provide comfort, dignity, and compassionate support to those in need within the community. As in previous years the Conclave is hopeful that they may be able to double their donation by adding matched funding from the OSM Benevolent Fund later in the year.
 
The cheque was presented on behalf of the Conclave by Wy. Bro. Bob Williams, who visited the hospice to meet members of staff and convey the good wishes of his fellow Brethren. The occasion held particular significance for Bro. Williams, as his wife, Joan Williams, has been a dedicated volunteer at St Rocco’s Hospice for over ten years, giving freely of her time and care in support of the hospice’s invaluable work.
Bro. Williams remarked: It is indeed both a pleasure and a privilege to represent Warrington Conclave No. 119 in making this presentation, and to see first-hand the dedication and compassion shown by all those involved in the hospice’s operation.

The members of Warrington Conclave No. 119 take great pride in being able to assist such a worthy cause, and this annual act of giving stands as a tangible example of the Order’s fundamental teachings — friendship, charity, and service to others.
 
Through gestures such as this, the Conclave continues to uphold the finest traditions of the Order of the Secret Monitor, extending fraternal goodwill and practical support to the wider community in the true spirit of Masonic benevolence.
